SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS/text messaging service provided by X7 Technologies (“X7TC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By texting us or engaging in SMS communication with X7TC, you agree to these Terms.

Program Description

X7 Technologies provides customer care via SMS. We only send text messages in direct response to inquiries you initiate by texting us first. Messages may include:

  • Replies to your questions about IT services, business phone systems, website projects, or other technology support
  • Appointment confirmations or service updates
  • Follow-up information related to your support request

Opt-In and Consent

You consent to receive SMS messages from X7 Technologies by sending the first text message to our phone number inquiring about our services. No outbound messages are sent unless you initiate the conversation.

Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your ongoing support needs and conversation. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages.

How to Opt Out (Unsubscribe)

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying **STOP**, **QUIT**, **CANCEL**, or **UNSUBSCRIBE** to any message we send you.

After you opt out, we will send a confirmation message and will no longer send you SMS unless you text us again in the future to start a new conversation.

Supported Carriers

Participating carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Mobile Number

You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile number you use to text us, or that you have permission from the account holder. Please notify us immediately if your number changes.

Limitation of Liability

The SMS service is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in message delivery caused by your carrier or network issues.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our SMS service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
